We don't like plastic Keck Clips, it's that simple really. They aren't heat resistant, they age, degrade and snap. They also tend to stand out like a sore thumb against nice shiny glassware. With this in mind we have sourced some low profile Stainless Steel Keck Clips made from Lab Steel which is an un-hardened standard steel that has been coated with Nickel for it's stainless properties (such as is used on 5, 10, 20 and 50p coins).

These Stainless Steel Keck clips provide a super secure connection and require some force to be installed or removed so should only be used on setups which will not be removed from each other regularly. If needed they can be bent open a little if the fit is too tight to avoid damaging the glass. Remove by holding one side of the clip in place so it doesn't rotate and pulling the other side, if you pull the whole clip it will be very difficult to remove. We do also stock plastic Keck clips and SS Sick Clips which are easier to remove and replace.
